At the time of this newsletter’s publication, we’re a little more than 1 week away from Halloween! It’s always been one of my favorite holidays, and each year I like to fill the entire month of October with tons of spooky media, treats, and activities.
One of my favorite Halloween memories is from when I was a little kid, living in Maine on Colby College’s campus. My mom worked at the college, so my family lived in an apartment at the base of a dorm building. I have vivid memories of trick-or-treating through the halls of the dorm, which in retrospect is a really funny thing to do. But for me it was normal, and honestly, it probably made some college students’ nights, haha.
For today’s bonus issue, I’m sharing some of this year’s Halloween faves. From fall recipes and spooky podcasts to horror novels and Minneapolis ghost tours, I left no scary stone unturned. Check it out!
