If you’re in any way following pop culture news, you already know that Britney Spears’ new memoir, The Woman in Me, was released last week. And all the buzz around her new book has me reflecting on one of my favorite genres – the memoir. I especially enjoy a good audiobook memoir – even better if it’s read by the author. Obviously, memoirs are always personal, but hearing these stories in the voice of the person who experienced them just brings everything that much closer.

So for today’s bonus issue, I wanted to share with you the seven memoirs I am still obsessed with, even years after reading them. It’s a collection of stories from celebrities, political figures, and normal folks whose lives have unfolded in unique ways.
